Terms of Service

Welcome to SuppLogic. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SuppLogic website, tools, and services, including the Stack Builder, Mixer (geometric dilution mixing plan), community features, and any related content or functionality.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
1.2 By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
2. Nature of the Service (No Medical Advice)
2.1 SuppLogic is a tooling and information platform for designing supplement stacks and generating geometric dilution-style mixing plans for powder-based stacks. It also hosts a community library of user-submitted stacks.
2.2 The Service does not provide:
- Medical advice
- Diagnosis
- Treatment
- Prescription
- Any form of healthcare professional service
2.3 Any content on the Service (including user-generated stacks, safety flags, badges, comments, or mixing plans) is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2.4 You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before:
- Starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, medication, or health program.
- Acting on information obtained through the Service.
3. User Accounts
3.1 To access certain features (such as saving stacks, publishing to the community, or forking stacks), you may need to create an account using a supported sign-in method (e.g., Google Sign-In).
3.2 You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
3.3 You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3.4 We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in improper use of the Service.
4. User-Generated Content
4.1 The Service allows you to create, save, and publish content, including but not limited to:
- Supplement stacks and their names, descriptions, and ingredient lists.
- Comments, reviews, and ratings.
- Profile information (e.g., display name, avatar).
4.2 You retain ownership of the content you create, but by submitting or publishing content on the Service, you grant SuppLogic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to:
- Use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Service.
4.3 You are solely responsible for your content and you represent and warrant that:
- You have all necessary rights to submit and publish the content.
- Your content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post, share, or promote content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Provide or request medical diagnoses, treatment plans, or prescriptions.
- Promote the unsafe, reckless, or illegal use of supplements, medications, or other substances.
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory conduct.
- Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the Service except as permitted by our technical measures or with our prior written consent.
- Attempt to circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls.
5.2 We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, remove, or restrict access to any content or account that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or its users.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 The Service, including its underlying software, design, and non-user content (such as text, logos, and graphics), is owned by SuppLogic or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 Except for content you own, you may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
6.3 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 No Warranty. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy. We do not warrant that:
- Ingredient data, "safety tiers", safety flags, or mixing plans are complete, accurate, or up to date.
- Any stack or mixing plan is safe, effective, or appropriate for you.
7.3 You use the Service at your own risk. You are solely responsible for verifying any information and for any actions you take based on information from the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuppLogic and its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
8.2 Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:
- The amount you paid us (if any) for accessing the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim; or
- 50 USD (or equivalent).
8.3 Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so certain portions of this section may not apply to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SuppLogic and its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your use of the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your content or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Changes to the Service and Terms
10.1 We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
10.2 We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (e.g., via the Service or email).
10.3 By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
11. Termination
11.1 You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account where applicable.
11.2 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at our discretion, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
11.3 Upon termination, any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive (including, without limitation, ownership rights, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will continue to apply.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iceland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Iceland, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
